The Lady Flees Her Lord was voted the  5Heart Sweetheart of the week at the Romance Studio. What a surprise.

I greatly enjoyed this book. An impeccably written historical that is full of sensuality, romance, love, and lots of heat. Lucindaவrturing and loving personality appeals to our softer side while Hugo৲uff demeanor makes you want to be the one to tame the beast. Right from the beginning, you know Lucinda has a heart of gold and as you keep reading, you find that Hugoਥart is made of gold, but needs to be used more or it would tarnish. Lucindaडughter is as sweet as can be and will have the reader wrapped around her dainty little finger in no time. Their friends in the village make great support characters. Their support of Lucinda and the way the band together to help the village is very commendable. Also, the love scenes with Hugo and Lucinda are very sensual and full of passion and warmth. All of these great characters are balanced out by the true evilness of Lucindaਵsband. You canਥlp but enjoy hating him and hoping he gets just what he deserves. If you enjoy full and lush historical romances that are bursting at the seams with great characters and an entertaining story, you won෡nt to miss this book.
